Payment
All payments must be made through PayPal, as we do not accept
credit cards through Big Cartel. If you would like to pay with a credit card, you must do so through the use of PayPal.
As soon as we have received your payment, the item will
be shipped within 1-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
You should receive your item in 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and outside of the United States) from when your package is shipped. All items are secure and wrapped in bubble wrap as a precaution. We are not held responsible for lost orders once a carrier has your purchased item(s).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected]. Returns can be made within 10 days of receiving your package. Items that are being returned must be in an unused, original condition. We cannot be held liable for the cost of return shipping. We have the right to refuse your return or exchange for any reason. At this time, refunds can only be made through PayPal.
